I'm incredibly satisfied with the Eeveve play mat! The quality is outstanding: thick, sturdy and super soft, allowing my little one to play and crawl safely. The design is stylish and complements our interior beautifully, cleaning it is super easy. And it provides excellent cushioning. Overall a top-notch purchase that I'm absolutely thrilled with!

We recently purchased a premium play mat and were initially excited about its quality and design. However, after a short period of use of just over two weeks, we noticed that the top layer of three tiles had started to peel. As first-time parents, we were concerned, especially given the price point of the product.

We reached out to customer service with our concerns, and to our relief, the owner herself responded within a couple hours which was shocking and reassuring (and I think it was a couple hours just bc of the time difference in Europe and California). She and team quickly acknowledged the issue as a production error and requested the necessary details, including our order number and photos of the defect. Their communication was professional yet friendly, making us feel truly valued as customers. There was no questioning or made us feel it was our fault. She promptly and simply owned the issue and asked for pics and order number.

What truly impressed us was their resolution. Not only did they expedite a replacement that day, we also received a shipping confirmation and ETA (estimated time of arrival) that same day. Maybe we are a bit jaded but thisfar exceeded our expectations. The best part of all was that instead of just replacing the three defective tiles, they generously sent us an entire box of six! This level of service exceeded our expectations and reinforced our confidence in the brand’s healthy manufacturing process and holistic approach to us as customers.

We were struggling with finding something non toxic, easy to clean, aesthetically pleasing, and padded enough to keep my 8 month old safe when he took a fall as he learned to stand. Enter eeveve. It looks so good. It feels good under my feet. I have peace of mind even if my child’s bare skin touches it (he has very sensitive skin). And he has had no problem with getting back up after a fall. It’s a win win win! My husband was in when he saw a video of someone dropping glass on the mat and the glass didn’t shatter/break. Well done, eeveve
