Return rules

Returns are accepted within 30 days, starting from the date the order is marked as delivered. We fully refund the price of the goods minus a $30 restocking fee per order. Shipping costs paid at checkout are not refundable. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping label and cost.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order immediately after receiving the package and contact us within 5 working days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
