Eeveve Puzzle Play Mats are covered by a 365-day limited warranty on defective products, provided you use them for their intended purpose. Defects and damages caused by accidents, staining, furniture, pets or improper cleaning, are not covered under the warranty.
Your warranty claim can be sent to us using the contact form. Please include your original order number and date of purchase, a photo of the described issue and a confirmation of your shipping address.
