Eeveve Puzzle Play Mats are covered by a 365-day limited warranty on defective products, provided you use them for their intended purpose. Defects and damages caused by accidents, staining, furniture, pets or improper cleaning, are not covered under the warranty.

In case your Eeveve Puzzle Play Mat has arrived damaged, please contact us within 5 working days of receiving the item to be eligible for a replacement.
